Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Google Contacts Birthday Manager application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Our application provides a tool for managing birthday information in your Google Contacts. The service allows you to:

  • View contacts with birthday information
  • Add birthday information to contacts
  • Edit existing birthday information
  • Remove birthday information from contacts

User Responsibilities

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
  • You must not share your authentication credentials with others
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must use a valid Google account to access the service

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Use the service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures

Data Accuracy

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any birthday information you add or modify
  • We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect birthday information
  • You should verify birthday information before making changes
  • You acknowledge that changes made through our service directly affect your Google Contacts

Service Availability

Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from service unavailability
  • We may perform maintenance during off-peak hours with reasonable notice

Updates and Changes

  • We may modify these Terms at any time
  • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms

Privacy and Data Handling

Data Access

  • We only access your Google Contacts data temporarily while you use the service
  • We do not store any of your contact information on our servers
  • All data access ceases immediately when you log out
  • Our app's access to your Google account is automatically revoked when you logout
  • We use secure OAuth 2.0 authentication with Google

Analytics

  • We use Google Analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the service
  • Analytics data is collected anonymously and does not include personal contact information
  • You can opt out of analytics through your browser settings

Limitations of Liability
